Greater Manchester Natural Capital Group’s Annual Conference

Join us: Delivering a Greener Greater Manchester

On Tuesday 11th February 2020, the Greater Manchester Natural Capital Group’s Annual Conference will bring together some of the biggest names in the natural environment, all focused on making Greater Manchester a greener place to grow up, get on in life and grow old.

The Greater Manchester Natural Capital Group delivers the Local Nature Partnership in the Greater Manchester area. Manchester is also the home of the Urban Pioneer programme, testing new tools and methods for investing in and managing the environment, supporting the implementation of the Government’s 5 Year Environment Plan.

This annual conference will host leading practitioners from across all sectors in the city region to consider ‘How can we deliver a greener Greater Manchester?’ The day aims to showcase recent work of the Natural Capital Group and its partners, while sharing environmental successes and lessons learnt from delivering the natural environment priorities set out in the Greater Manchester 5 Year Environment Plan.
