Future Furnishings Exhibition to Showcase Upcycling Innovation in Bolton
Saturday 15th June is the launch event for the Future Furnishings exhibition, the event runs until Wednesday 3rd July and the public will have access to a range of exciting workshops, drop in sessions and the opportunity to view the creative outputs of the Textiles and Surface Design and Digital Content Creation students from the University of Bolton.

The Laudato Si’ Environment and Learning Centre
The Laudato Si’ Environment and Learning centre in Wardley, supports the delivery of the wider diocesan environment strategy ‘hearing the cry responding with hope’. Working with schools, parishes, faith groups and community groups to inspire hope for the future, since January the centre has supported over 1300 people of all faiths and none.

North Cestrian School – Environmental Champions
The pupil-led Eco Club at North Cestrian School in Trafford has helped to instil and develop a whole-school approach to environmental awareness. Showing a passion for the environment and a real can-do attitude, pupils have created a lush school garden, organise regular litter-picks in the local community and have introduced measures within school to reduce single-use plastic and increase recycling.
